We have seen how tough the market can be and the pitfalls of setting up solo.  By advising and adding shape, such as taking care
of the branding, design and marketing, you, the operator, can do what you do best and create a welcome environment for all
and create a successful business.

Master Planning

Shape puts the revitalisation of the village and town high streets across the UK at it’s heart. Creating a superb mix of retailers, restaurants and cafes, the ones we all want on our doorstep and to use every day. Working with the community and the local council to support the areas we all live in, so they become  interesting varied hubs.  The backdrop to give us enjoyable and interesting places to live.

Property Management

Our Property Management team take responsibility for day to day buildings management and support the operators in liaison with the landlord, council, local community and service suppliers.

Design and Interiors Fit Out

From initial concept to detailed plans, drawings and every step of the procurement and fit-out process, Shape’s experienced team create smart, contemporary and refined exterior and interiors for commercial and residential properties.

Building

The team of plumbers, electricians and experienced builders are on hand to execute the plans of the design team and ensure operations run smoothly.

Operators

The aim of Shape is to support the transition from idea to having the business up and run seamlessly for the owner-operator.  Acting on behalf of the landlord, we support with lease negotiation, including service charges and rent reviews, location analysis and providing the support services listed here.

Branding

Identity, logo, concept, colours, branding guidelines all sit within the complete approach to branding.  Our team has over 20 years of expertise including concept businesses, retail, coffee shops, restaurants and high-end global hotel brands.

Marketing and Communications

Experienced in leading with storytelling that resonates and striking visual narratives through video and photography, whether creating destinations and placemaking to amplifying brands. The team behind Shape can provide the full suite of communications, experienced and knowledgeable about what it takes to cut through today’s noise and the nuances of the ever-changing algorithms.

We are currently seeking operators to run f&b and retail businesses in this unique and historic Kent location. 

The setting is perfect for new energy and new businesses.

The aim of Shape is to support the transition from idea to having the business up and run seamlessly for the owner-operator.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, we support with:

Current Opportunities

We seek out and develop hospitality brands & food retail spaces.
Our collective experience in the industry is extensive and can include strategic planning, consulting services,

Westerham Farm Shop

The premises are currently being fitted out and will be operating as an attractive food retail space.

The first level incorporates a butcher and fishmonger and benefits from large windows onto the high street.
